Your bank or credit card may have flagged the payment as fraud/ or are hold the payment as pending, which is what you are showing on your statement – if this happens, you will not get the email with the link and password. You will have to clear it with your bank or credit card first.
We recommend that you always enter the email address correctly during purchase, that is how the system email’s you with your confirmation. During the show, our team is working on answering all customer service emails in the order we receive them. Please note due to very high email volumes, our response time may be delayed.
We use stripe.com, which is the leading transactional system in the world. This system will confirm all payments, flag any fraudulent payments, and ensure that there are no discrepancies with payment processing
