Pittsburgh Power & Fitness Festival
2025 USPA
The Powerlifting event, hosted by United States Powerlifting Association, will have crowds packing the competition floor to witness the best male and female lifters around.
Events include the Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift. You need to be here in person to witness the raw power it takes to deadlift a bar, loaded with more than 1000 lbs
The Battle in the Burgh will be a two-day powerlifting meet testing the athlete’s strength in the big three lifts. Powerlifting tests your strength, technique and raw grit. The first event is squat, up next is bench press, then the crowd favorite, deadlifts, followed by an award ceremony each day where we will find out who is the best in the Burgh!

From the Meet Director…
Powerlifting isn’t just about lifting weights; it’s about lifting each other up, pushing through limits, and celebrating every pound added to the barbell. At the Pittsburgh Power and Fitness Festival, we’re turning up the intensity and bringing the heat to the steel city! For newcomers, this
festival is your battleground to dig deeper into the world of iron.
You’ll see firsthand the raw power of squatting deep, benching big, and deadlifting like a beast. It’s not just about lifting heavy—it’s about perfecting your form, mastering your mind, and learning the ropes from those who’ve been grinding it out on the platform for years. For the seasoned athletes, you will find a competitive environment that not only challenges your personal bests but also offers a chance to mentor up-and-coming lifters, sharing experiences and expertise that
nurture the community. And there’s more than just the main event. Beyond the competition, there will be workshops, seminars, and exhibitions centered around bodybuilding and powerlifting essentials—from nutrition and recovery tools to the latest training gear.
It’s a chance to enhance your performance, connect with coaches, and network with peers who share your passion for strength. Join us at the Pittsburgh Power and Fitness Festival, where the weights are heavy and the spirits are high. Whether you’re there to compete, learn, or just soak in the powerlifting scene, you’re in for one hell of a show.
